Marriott International pinpointed an initiative to create a mobile solution to minimize the check-in process, thus allowing guests to use their mobile device in order to gain entry to their room, built into the existing Marriott Guest Services App.
Lazarus Software, Corp. produced a solution that was not only mobile, but scaled with the demand on-property. For the first time, a guest will be able to check in with the app before arrival, then simply hold their phone up to the Key-Printer with their Bluetooth-enabled mobile device, print their room key and thereby skip the entire front desk process. This initiative also allows guests to request amenities, receive context-aware offers, and check out.
Lazarus delivered a platform and mobile application that allowed Marriott to not only realize their strategy, but also provided analytics and metrics that displayed the adoption of the various phases. Lazarus produced lessons learned when scaling the solution to Marriott’s 3000+ properties.
In an effort to raise awareness for the EA Games release of Medal of Honor – Warfighter at the E3 conference, Lazarus Software, Corp. created, hosted and maintained a Facebook page and a microsite that displayed first-look YouTube videos of the live gameplay, allowed people to opt-in for the grand-giveaway that took place the last day of the conference, and registered users for the early release of the game 24 hours before it hit retailers.
The campaign pushed real-time information about the title socially and virally each day of the E3 Conference. The campaign supported over 30,000 users over the course of the conference and registered over 10,000 users for prizes, downloads, and game options.
One of the functions of the US Olympic Committee is to collect donations in the off-season for Olympic athletes. The committee needed a broader reach than the traditional methods of standard mail, and they needed to reach millennials as well as the traditional baby boomer age groups that support the Olympics.
Lazarus Software, Corp. developed an SMS Donation Micro Site that provided different giving tiers based on the amount that a guest wanted to donate. The higher the donation, the more elaborate the gift and/or incentive.
This rising cable television music channel was expanding its programming and developing its new venture with Dish Network. GMC was looking for a solution to promote their venture into made-for-television movies, without taking away from their current viewership.
Lazarus Software, Corp. was commissioned to build a functional tablet prototype to promote the Dish partnership, showcase the GMC programming, and also premiere the network’s made-for-television movie lineup. This included a guide that provided full details about the shows presented in the lineup as well as their scheduled times they aired each week.
DDR, a large real estate investment trust with over 300 shopping centers around the US and Puerto Rico, asked Lazarus Software to build out a location-based SMS and Mobile web advertising platform to be called “ValuText” to drive shoppers into their shopping centers by providing valuable mobile coupons for its retail customers.
Lazarus hosted and managed the SMS campaign management portion of the product. Lazarus provided the API development and integration tools for a third party provider to leverage the existing Lazarus solution in creating ValuText.
Lazarus delivered a workable solution ahead of schedule allowing the product to go live earlier than its anticipated launch date. ValuText was able to roll out commercially in 30 markets in the US and throughout Puerto Rico. Lazarus produced a solution that was not only nimble but scaled to meet the tens of thousands of SMS messages that were delivered daily to ValuText customers.
Great Bay Distributors, Inc., founded in 1968 by Claude Focardi and family, is Florida’s largest independently family owned distributor of Anheuser-Busch products. Great Bay has rapidly become a leading wholesaler in the beer industry – distributing six of the top 10 beers in the Pinellas, West Pasco, Hernando and Citrus county markets. They currently operate two distribution centers in the greater Tampa Bay area, including St. Petersburg in Pinellas and Holiday in West Pasco county.
Lazarus Software was asked to build and host the Great Bay website back in 2012. Recently Lazarus has developed a web and iOS mobile application that automates the order management process for the Great Bay sales and service teams. Lazarus integrated with the Great Bay inventory management system to provide real time order reports to the sales reps while they are in the field. The sales rep can view pending orders, make adjustments and the reports are sent back to the service manager to be processed and fulfilled by the service team thus ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment to their customers.
